SNAPSHELF END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing or using SnapShelf ("the Software"), you agree to these terms.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to install and use the Software on up to two (2) devices that you own
or control. This is a license, not a sale of the Software itself.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) redistribute, resell, rent, or share the Software or your
license key; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
except where permitted by law; (c) use the Software to build a competing
product.

3. PRIVACY
The Software operates entirely on your device. Your captures, files, and the
text extracted from them are processed and stored locally and are never
transmitted to us or any third party. The Software contacts our servers only
to check for software updates and, in future versions, to validate license
keys.

4. UPDATES
Your purchase includes all version 1.x updates, delivered automatically
through the Software's built-in update mechanism.

5. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or
uninterrupted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim
arising from your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid
for your license.

7. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. Upon
termination you must uninstall the Software.
